If you’re still manually posting on Marketplace, you’re leaving money on the table. Here’s how I’m streamlining my workflow:
  • Tip 1: Use AI for image variations to avoid "duplicate listing" flags.
  • Tip 2: Schedule your posts for 7 PM–9 PM (peak buyer activity).
  • Tip 3: Always use a clean dedicated IP for each account.
Short and sweet. Hope this helps some of the newcomers!

What’s your current daily listing limit before you start seeing the 'red flag'? I'm curious if everyone is capped at the same number lately.

Good points. From what I’m seeing lately, the “red flag” isn’t a fixed number anymore — it depends more on account trust and behavior.
Fresh or low-trust accounts usually hit limits around 5–10 listings/day, while aged accounts with clean history can push 20–30+ before any warning. Consistent timing, human-like gaps, and stable IPs matter more than raw volume now.

Great insight. I’ve definitely noticed that 'human-like gaps' are becoming the biggest factor. Are you manually staggering your posts, or have you found a specific delay setting in your automation that seems to mimic human behavior best?

Sometimes you only post once a day, but if you post every day, your account gets restricted.

I completely agree with your points. From what I've seen recently, the "warning sign" is no longer a fixed number — it depends more on the reliability and behavior of the account. What's important now is whether the account is healthy and has a high level of credibility.

Great tips! I usually post 10–15 listings per day before hitting red flags using AI images and a clean IP really helps.

Are you seeing the warning after publishing, or only once listings start getting edits/messages?

Your sharing is great; sometimes, posting just once a day is enough. However, if you post every day, your account might be restricted.

Yep, pacing matters a lot now. Slow and steady seems safer than pushing volume. Are you warming accounts first or jumping straight into daily posts?

100%. The threshold isn’t fixed anymore — it’s dynamic and tied to account trust signals. Once an account is “trusted,” posting limits feel much more flexible.

In my case, the warning tends to appear right after publishing, especially if multiple posts go live close together. Do edits trigger it for you too?

Great point. Sometimes posting just once a day is more than enough. Posting every day can actually lead to restrictions, depending on the account.

The current Meta algorithm prioritizes reliability over frequency. Instead of posting constantly, which risks being flagged or restricted, you should maintain a consistent pace. A "clean" account with natural behavior will have a much higher tolerance limit than accounts that operate mechanically.

I agree that "warning signs" now depend on the trustworthiness and behavior of the account rather than a fixed number.

Exactly, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Quality over quantity is definitely the way to go if you want to keep your BMs and Marketplace access alive long-term. Appreciate you dropping that knowledge!

Are you sure your tip will work in 2026?
I hear you. In the BH world, nothing is 100% forever. These tips are based on my current tests from this quarter. So far, the accounts using AI-varied images are outlasting the ones using raw stock photos by a long shot.

What are you seeing on your end? Are you finding that the algorithm is catching onto AI metadata now, or is it still mostly IP-based?

Each account should post a maximum of two posts, that’s enough. Posting too much can easily get the account flagged. AI-generated images definitely don’t attract viewers as well as manually edited images.

I agree with your points. Lately, there doesn’t seem to be a fixed threshold for warnings anymore - it depends much more on overall account reliability and behavior. What really matters now is keeping the account healthy and maintaining a strong level of trust.

There isn’t a fixed cap — Marketplace limits are account-specific, based on age, trust, sell-through, and buyer interactions, not a universal number. Newer or recently flagged accounts hit warnings much faster than seasoned ones.
