there's no problem with the proxies: proxygo's service is just awesome!


the problem is with SB (and probably my machine/conf):

• slow poster accurate mode works great with old version (as I said I run the 1.14.59)
• fails 99% after the latest updates (stopped working with the update of the wonder wheel feature)

At the moment I use the old version that works well, but I would like to try the latest features too..

Is the error "Failed, timed out" or something else? And is it only with BE targets (sounded like it from your first trouble report, just wanna confirm).

For what it's worth, BE has always been and remains a bitch of a platform to work with, not just for sbox but in general. But if .59 is working (and that's a fairly old version in sbox terms)....hmmm....well, lemme know about those two questions and we'll see where we can get.

EDIT: oh, and a couple other questions - when you said "and probably my machine/config", is there anything in particular that made you say that? When you run the .59 that works with BE well, is that on the same machine or a different one?

This has been covered before more than once. Can't remember if its addressed in loopline's vids (look for his most excellent sbox video thread, you should watch his vids and the sbox youtube vids anyway).

You can most certainly buy a second license if you want to run it on a second computer - its well worth it, you can scrape and run addon checks and run slow poster accurate mode on the second computer to your delight.

I have bought this beauty but the only problem I am facing with this thing is that it's working slow due to my internet connection speed. Damn I really want to increase my speed plan just to check out the power of this tool.

My current speed is 512kbps. It's slow right. I am in India at the moment.

Whats the optimum speed you need to work things out quickly? Specially the comment poster. Most of the time I facing a timeout situation.

I am using TATA photon plus with speed of 3 mbps. it works very well.

I am looking for cheap private proxies, many recommended ypp they charge $23 every month for 10 proxy plus two proxy as bonus. $23 is big money for newbie like me who just started playing with this monster of software.

Hey, is anyone having a problem with blog engine in slow poster mode? On some blogs it tries to restart itself, which I dont mind, but then it will eventually get an error screen where it will not self restart. This makes it really hard to leave the program running. It seems the main difference between the many that work and the few that try to crash it is flash ads. Ive tried updating my flash players and everything, but I cannot get it to work. Anyone know of a solution?

There is an addon for that, but its currently in beta and support only wordpress at the moment.

There's the youtube scrapebox video channel with some great videos.

Loopline has posted some very informative intro videos in a thread here on bhw.

There is an unofficial user guide that was posted on bhw a few months ago that is like tips and advice from the first 30-40 pages of this BST thread distilled into a manual.

Pat Jackson has a sbox ebook available. There may be other ebooks I'm forgetting.

And the list could go on...there's a tonne of info out there, search (and specifically advanced search within this BST thread) are your friends.

1. I get all kind of errors ("failed", "failed, timeout", "failed field not detected"..).
2. Does not work only with BE blogs
3. Same machine, same proxies, same blogs - works smoothly with ver .59. Probably the latest updated require a different machine/conf. Dunno.

I am not the only one having those problems (this thread is just of yesterday), I think a solution will be necessary and very appreciated.

I get that my scrapebox instance which I harvest wp urls from 1000keyword orso, not really crashed but 'hangs'. While it hangs, it still harvests but I can't control the program anymore, ie.start/stop.
Anyone else experience this?
