Payment history is optional, of course, but its absence narrows the number of possible PSP . Any way will you obtain fast c-back on a new PSP during forst days /weeks you r funds will be blocked immediately

As I know the Shopify don't allow any gateway outside listed on Shopify . So you must not waste time on unnecessary searches
