Do you know how often X, for example, has changed their UI in the last year? Twice a month.
Do you know how often IG changes their UI (you may not see it but for us that make softwares we know) in the last year? 4 times a month.
Do you know what the average token life was 4 years ago (life of one account that does actions [20-200 a day])? 2-3 months
Do you know what is average token life is now (varies by platform, but still)? 3 days
So, I feel you, tons of SMM Panels are full with half working services, non working services, terrible support, including mine (I personally have tons of not working or half working services at the moment because I am not getting information from providers that their service went to maintenance or isn't working anymore), but business model is getting harder day by day and yet you can still get followers, views, comments etc.
The problem with buyers is that they want Non Drop, USA, Lifetime guarantee Instagram Followers for 2$. NOT FUCKING POSSIBLE, I personally have suppliers for these that are claiming they are non-drop, they are USA, but in the end, they are 10% USA, 90% Arabic, and they drop every once in a while as soon as Instagram or any other platform makes a purge.
For example, for me, to deliver you 100% USA, Aged Looking, Active Looking, IG followers with 123123123% Non Drop guarantee (because I control the whole tokens), it will COST ME around 800$+/month/1000 profiles to keep them ALIVE. So in order for me to actually make some profit from it, I need to sell them at literally 20$ per 1k, and have constant buyers (some accounts die, some proxies die, some proxies get flagged blah blah blah).
And at the end, 90% of SMM Buyers are actually buying all of the services for Churn & Burn projects; they don't care if followers will drop in 3 months, they just need them to stay alive for the first couple of days and pay as little as possible.
And regarding Refunds, every single SMM Panel on BHW is obligated to refund you the remaining amount from your balance to your payment method.
Also when you ask for refill, you can't expect magically for refill to happen in 1 hour, it takes time, it needs to get into the pool, then when your order goes to actual processing phase that can be anywhere from 1 hour to 3 days, depending on how many orders are in the refill before you because you can't put all of those profiles following thousands of people per day, you need to divide them.
So all in all, I am not here to say that you are not right, I feel your anger, and the majority of your issues are connected to 2 things: 1) You wanted to spend a small amount of money and get results. 2) You landed on a really bad panel
But SMM Panels are not dead, the market is growing day by day, buying pressure is rising, the only thing that is slowing it down is the advancements in social media platform security system.
