Hey guys, starting this journey thread to keep myself consistent.. something I’ve struggled with in the past

My Niche:
AI Music with AI Visual

Current Stats (as of Oct 24, 2025):

Total Uploads: 8 videos
Total Views: 2,941

Subscribers: 39
Watch Time: 390 hours
Earnings: $0

Goals:

Weekly Target: 3 new uploads
By Jan 2026: 40 total videos
Short-Term Goal: Monetization by January 2026
Long-Term Goal: $500/month

I’ll update this thread on every Friday until I hit my first $500 month.

I’d love to hear your suggestions, feedback, or growth hacks. Anything that helps improve this process is welcome. :)

I’ve noticed posting consistently at the same time each week actually helps the algorithm for smaller channels.

Nice, it looks like your taking advantage of quantity uploading, and youtube likes it. Are you writing your own lyrics? Adding your own samples? or antyhing or you just doing the whole thing by ai? If this is ai, lol imagine without it! you would be monitised soon! I've heard some good ai songs, where people have taken copyright free audio media and fed it into their ai models. Is this what you are doing, or you just a sub to a few ai sites? and press create? What are you doing? Wheres the "How" & "What" in this journey?

That's correct.
Good Luck. i will suggest you to join music distro and create another channel as well. with music distro you will start making money from the beginning you do not have to wait for youtube monetization approval.
Can you suggest a distro that doesn't charge for submission?

Initially, AI writes the lyrics based on my requirements, and then I modify them to sound like real lyrics, not just random lines like “Neon vibes” or “Whispers of this and that.” I don’t use my own samples. I just tweak the EQ a little before adding it to a video. People mostly want a sound they can vibe with, something that helps them escape the stress of everyday life for a while, I think they don't care about lyrics anymore, so I’m not trying to perfect it. I did try making some tracks using copyright free samples and beats before, but I still got copyright claims on YouTube. So, I’m not doing that anymore.
You should change text in OP. Not visible in white BHW format.
Thank you. I wasn't aware of that.

Great work, mate!
Are these long form videos or short form videos?

How do you crate videos? AI or some mishmash? Also, which type of music are you working on?

I create video loops using AI and add various effects in Filmora. I make calm music.

Are you satisfied with Suno? and is your calm music just instrumental or with text?

I personally have tested Suno for both free and Pro version and I'm satisfied with songs with text. This AI doesn't have a sense rythm, it has text that rhymes and sings it in a very weird unusual way, also doesn't always follows instructions. For example, I've instructed it to do a half techno half ancient slavic song with fast pace -> it created it with just the slavic part, very, very slow. Text rhymes, but he sings it so slow, that it doesn't even sound like it rhymes anymore - and that was v5 Pro version, very low quality compared to other softwares, but that would explain why it has a lot of free credits per day

Good luck with your journey, you started well. How long are those AI musics in general?

Thanks. Have you started fresh with a new Youtube channel or with an old one?
I started fresh with an old channel (didn't have videos).

I upload both instrumental tracks and ones with minimal lyrics, similar to TheFatRat. Suno isn’t perfect, sometimes I lose a lot of credits just trying to get better results. Here’s a tip: since Suno doesn’t always recognize all instruments or local genres, you can get more accurate results by letting it modify the style prompt. In other words, don’t just copy and paste the exact ChatGPT prompt into the “Styles” section and expect a perfect outcome. Instead, click the yellow magic stick, Suno will adjust the prompt based on what it understands best. You’ll get much better results that way. What other software do you use?
Good luck with your journey, you started well. How long are those AI musics in general?
Usually 3–5 minutes, but I make them longer by combining multiple tracks.

Suno, Udio.
Thank you. I'm also researching the topic of making music with Ai. From what I've found, there are cases where fake copyright claims are made against AI-generated music or videos, leading to their removal. Is that really true, and has this issue happened to you personally?
