I want to know if there’s real potential in this business model. I haven’t started marketing yet, but I’m currently looking for clients on freelancing platforms like Upwork and exploring opportunities here on the forum as well. I’ve heard that some people manage to get freelance work from this community.

I’d really appreciate any advice or tips on how to grow, especially now that I have a full team ready to take on projects.

Building a great team is the best thing you can do to start out on the right foot. The most important thing that is missing right now is visibility. Don't simply use freelancing sites. Show off your team's work by making case studies, sample projects, or a simple portfolio website. Pick one expertise where your team can stand out and make oneself known as experts instead of generalists. Consistent outreach and relationship development (via LinkedIn, communities, and direct pitches) will pay dividends. It doesn't have to be huge to be good marketing; it just has to be smart.
