Creating My Small App Empire - Volume 2

What a fuck am I doing wrong?! here new apps got published and here are stats, now daily I am pulling around 150 installs))) 50%+ from tier1 countries. I got no ads just premium, offer. Paywalls are well integrated and etc, this is weird. Maybe I need more data. I could make more money if I just integrated ads))) but I dont want ads. Ads will not generate revenue that I am actually looking for.

Got another sale, ))) this was freaking random)) app that I did for fun))) but what about other apps? 300 installs and 1 sale is ridiculous. But rest is fine)) and 143 installs and 0 sales is shit too)) I could earn money from ads)) will observe up to 1k Installs each and take action!

But here is a thing, I know in a long run ads will not make me rich,)) I already get around 200-300 installs per day on Play Store and make very little money from ads. So, imho IAP's are for a long run,

So, what up people? hope all is well.

Volume 1 of the journey was over.

Little thing or two about me, I have been into App Marketing business for 5+ years now, worked with tons of start ups, projects and etc. And I always wanted to do my own thing, and few months ago, I gave it a shot. I had no clue how to use android studio, but I learned, and most important skill of mine is utilizing AI properly.

1. I have successfully created apps on play store and they are making few dollars per day, now it has become passive income. Will I scale it? of course. I got super old dev account, which means my apps get approved easily. Also there are other benefits, on average I get around 200-400 installs per day.

For a long time, I wanted to try IOS, so, finally got a dev account and kicked off the show, since I did not have mac, I had to find a way around it, and solution came. I rented a Mac Pro, for $100 a month, and it's latest ( I think ). So, far I am happy with that.

Now real show will begin, because I plan to create tons of apps on IOS, and monetize them with in app purchases, while play store is bringing cash with ads. For last 3 days, I have been learning, how to code in xcode, well I must say, it's total opposite of Android studio, and to be honest much more buggy. I am not gonna lie, apple has been total pain, in terms of their system and etc. very, very disappointing.

But now, I have grasped thing or two, and got few apps ready, just waiting apple to resolve issue) from their side.

So here are some advices for me, so far what I have learned.

QA
1. As a newbie which one is easier to code/work with, play store or app store? hands down play store is easier, and android studio too.
2. What do u think which one has more potential to bring money? def app store/ios. I have seen this over and over again. IOS has much more potential.
3. Common, issues with play store? constant updates of algorithms, oh and sometimes they remove app for no reason, or reject app for no reason, have not happened to me for a while but this def happens.
4. Issues with app store? so far, everything.
5. Xcode vs Android Studio? Android studio everyday, but must admit apps that I coded with Xcode looked 10X better.

Now, now I know u wanna know, how the heck am I able to code apps? well of course AI, here are few things I noticed, for Android, (play store apps) Gemini, is the KING. No, AI even comes close, it's pro version codes very complex stuff easily. But for IOS, I noticed Chat GPT is doing job well, others? not so much, maybe claude. But for now Chat GPT is a must.

Questions are welcome, will try to answer at best of my knowledge.

Thanks!
Goal: Define minimum functionality for users to pay or use long term.
Actions:
Write user stories (3–5 flows).
Rapid wireframe (Figma).
Create backlog 1.0 (must-have vs nice-to-have).
Deliverable: Clickable prototype + product spec 1.0.
KPI: Time-to-first-prototype ≤ 7 days.

How do you market them?

Stats, these are overall stats)) btw. Got 2 sales yesterday, made around $5 or so. And then I noticed a small bug in one of my apps and had to update it, hope that goes well.

Other than that, working on ideas and back to board, gotta roll out more apps. I sort of found niches))) gotta make it happen now.

Hard part for me is actually to find ideas for apps)) because I don't just throw in apps.

I actually do ton of research kw, optimization and etc. And basically learning...all day long))

Kinda exhausted not gonna lie

$5 per day? + my income from play store? not bad.

But I am not here for $5 or 20 per day. I am here to take over.

And thing is I am learning everything from 0.

One more app submitted for review, total apps 6.

I worked on one of the apps))) for 2 days and it just didn't work out, felt bit down after that)) but had to pick myself up and continue).

Sales started to roll in, yesterday got around $8 ) from 3 sales, all around my apps.

Now this is type of stats I want to see from my other apps.

How did you launch your apps so quickly? Are they all small-function apps?

Firstly, com

Questions:

Do you think AI can help a beginner?
What’s a good strategy to learn a coding stack?

Firstly, congratulations on what you have built. Since questions are welcome:

1. What category of apps do you think will boom?
2. Do you focus on coding trendy apps or sustainable ones?
3. What categories of apps should we keep a lookout on?
4. If you don’t mind, how much do you make from passive income apps?
All optional questions, of course. Only answer what you’re comfortable with.

Thank you for inspiring and sharing.

Best of luck with your journey .
Will follow it and i hope you reach your target soon .

Good luck on your journey, just starting to publish aops to ios as well

100% AI generates ones . there is so much competition now
I don't know man. Don't think that competition is huge here, there is competition but u just gotta find the way/niche/keywords and etc.

And about AI generated apps, u won't be able to tell difference :) in fact mine are less buggy, and etc.

it's not like AI print apps, I mean it does create them to certain level, but takes lot of afford to refine them to the level where its good.

So, its true guys.

Apple pushes app for 4-5 days and then they go back to normal.

Good thing is my apps are still getting installs.

So it's all good.

Made around $20 today.

so far best day.

Got few sales :)

how do you do your kw research ?
pls dont say astro or some app those dont help me
