So,

I want everyone's opinion on this.

Is it possible to register a company and get a PayPal account through that? Like I need a stable PayPal account, with good limits. Can I set up a company remotely, as cheaply as possible, and then make a PayPal account with it, while not doing any real business with that company? Like to PayPal, it will seem like all my sales are from that company. But in reality, it's not really. I will set up a dummy site and add PayPal there. I have a real site, where I once in a while get copyright requests, my partner/co-owner of the site, sends me my earnings on my PayPal, also get ad revenue from the site twice per month. But I recently got banned. So I need a PayPal account that can receive $10k per month.

Please tell me everything you know in detail, as I am still quite confused. For now, I am trying to get a PayPal account for my personal use, but if this works, then why not for the whole site? But not sure about the pros and cons. I also want to do it as cheaply as possible, completely remotely from home.

There's nothing like a 'stable' paypal account.
You can get a paypal account using US LLC but you'll also need EIN number.
UK LLP is an easier option to get a paypal account. But it's not as easy as just creating a company, getting a paypal account and be done with it. You'll have to do all annual accounting and filing compliance.

Why not use another payment method to receive pay from your partner? Other better options like payooner or wire transfer

You could get an account that way, but if you're gonna accept payments on sites even if you use a dummy site then paypal can ask you for service/product delivery documents and then you'll have to handle that or they'll freeze you funds. Also you'll have to maintain the company and there's some costs for that as well.

I have seen a very big and heavily DMCA non-compliant site/group do it. They registered a dummy company in Dubai I heard, and are making millions per month. They are fully illegal, before their paypals used to get banned, but now they are offering ad free subscription and stuff on their site and using that dummy company to receive payments. They are still safe and sound, having been 7-8 months.

Maybe their are people offering that kind of services here? Maybe like Osome for Singapore?

My partner receives the total earning on PayPal, using another payment gateway will result in a lot of losses, like as fees and conversions.

If it's around $500-1k per year then I think I can bear that. As for service or product... I guess I need help from the experts here. I am not really a tech person!

Yes, there is solution, You can setup UK LTD company or US LLC company, For US LLC you can check stripe atlas, Cost near $500.

I ended up using multiple verified personal accounts with careful limits instead of a fake company, felt safer long-term

If Wise is an option it is pretty cheap to send money.

Do not listen to people that do not know facts

A U.S. LLC in Wyoming is inexpensive. Use Northwest Agents

If you are outside the U.S. find a provider that does that. There are several
Search BHW on that subject. I seem to remember a large article concerning that.

Get a US Business account

Hook it to Paypal

Sweep Paypal into your account

Done

Sincerely,

The company will be shell company, can I fake the business with a site?
PayPal checks more than just docs they match your account activity to the business profile you register. Dummy setups may work short-term, but once disputes/DMCA stack up, bans are inevitable. If you need stable $10k/month, diversify with backups (alt processors or fiat-to-crypto ramps) instead of relying on one PayPal.
Chances of getting a direct dmca again would be much lower. Cause at most 3 people will know about the paypal.

But still, if you have any good idea to sustain the setup for a long time, please let me know, and if you have any other suggestions or ideas, that too. I am really new to this line.

Unfortunately, I don't have any option like that; I have no friends I can trust. And my family won't pass the KYC.

The issue is that conversions will be a bit costly, plus if I receive directly to bank then I am worried about some legal issues, and if I make a wise account I am worried wise will ban me too. I will have to receive $10k per month

Hello, can you elaborate on this? Like a guide or something? Unless there's already a thread with detailed steps. The company will be a shell company, so I am not sure how to make it believable to PayPal and keep operating smoothly. If you have any suggestions or ideas please let me know. I am really knew to all these, and not much of a tech person, I do have a developer but I am not very experienced, so I lack confidence too. So all the help would be really appreciated. In case I forgot to mention, I want to do everything remotely, from my room.

Paypal has always been a problem and at the same time a mystery to me. My country has restrictions and it has been impossible for me to create a PayPal account, even needing an account for anything at some point I have never been able to create an account without problems.

If it is not the phone number, it is necessary to add a card, or even detect that I am in a country not allowed.

Nor do I know if they have any limit or restriction for new accounts, so if you manage to create an account I think you could start by sending small amounts of money, perhaps minimum $100 on until you try that everything will work well.

New Paypal account = untrusted
Untrusted = big risk get limitations, instant review limitations, result permanently limited
Your transactions amount very high, so you need to very careful using you account first time before you will not make good transaction history.

PayPal compares how you sell with your registered business. Fake setups can hold up for a bit, but once disputes pile up they’ll ban you. For $10k and more, use stealth accs with cloaking and keep backup processors or fiat-to-crypto options

It's a lie

I just opened a UK LLC for less than $40 and got a UK phone number for under $10/month — that’s all you need to create a stable PayPal account.

Lol... Why you all don't talk about tax?) 10$ ahah

Unless you have good amounts of transactions, it may not be worth setting up a company as that requires compliance as well. if the paypal receipts are low, spread it between verified personal accounts. there is no guarantee that paypal will not block an account just coz it's a company. They are pretty strict with the activity.
