Register a Company for PayPal

Don't go the US way. We registered an LLC, got myself an ITIN, only to be not approved for PayPal. Not even sure what the problem but they seem not to accept businesses whose owners are non-resident aliens in the US. A few of my friends were successful in the Dubai route with 0% income tax, but high upfront and maintenance costs.

I am looking to create a dummy company aswell with little KYC, any advice you could share from them?
I have seen a very big and heavily DMCA non-compliant site/group do it. They registered a dummy company in Dubai I heard, and are making millions per month. They are fully illegal, before their paypals used to get banned, but now they are offering ad free subscription and stuff on their site and using that dummy company to receive payments. They are still safe and sound, having been 7-8 months.

Maybe their are people offering that kind of services here? Maybe like Osome for Singapore?

My partner receives the total earning on PayPal, using another payment gateway will result in a lot of losses, like as fees and conversions.

If it's around $500-1k per year then I think I can bear that. As for service or product... I guess I need help from the experts here. I am not really a tech person!

Honestly, it is risky trying to fake a company just for PayPal. They can easily catch on and freeze funds. Better to register a legit small business (like a UK LTD or US LLC) and grow it cleanly. It is way safer long term and still doable remotely.
What business do I do there with that company? That's where I am stuck. My work is quite in the grey area, so PayPal might ban me the instant they see exactly what we are doing. Again, it can get DMCAs so, even though not 100% illegal, there can be issues with it.
