Hey everyone,

I’m stuck and hoping someone here might have some advice.

I’ve been running campaigns for a client in the stock market niche. A while back, some of our ads were rejected with the message: “It looks like your ad contains deceptive or misleading business practices. This goes against our Advertising Standards on unacceptable business practices.”

After that, I paused things for a few days. Then on Monday, I created 3 new campaigns for the same client — all of them were approved and running fine. But on Tuesday, I set up an app install campaign and it got rejected. Right after that, Meta restricted my ad account, and shortly after, it was disabled completely.

I appealed, confirmed my identity, and went through their process. Yesterday, I finally got a response from Meta saying:

“Hi Burhan,
We have completed a further review of your ad account. This review found that your ad account didn't comply with our Advertising policies affecting business assets.”

Now my ad account is disabled and I can’t use it anymore.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to get it back, or should I just give up and start fresh? Any help, tips, or experiences would mean a lot right now.

Thanks in advance

Once an ad account is disabled after a full review, it’s almost never reinstated - especially in sensitive niches like stock trading, which Meta flags as high-risk.
Your options now:
  • Check Account Quality and confirm there are no pending appeals.
  • Use Business Manager to create a new ad account if your BM itself isn’t restricted.
  • If the entire BM is restricted, you’ll need a new, fully compliant setup (with verified details, payment, and policy-safe content).
Practically, it’s best to assume the old account is gone and focus on building a fresh, compliant foundation.

Currently, financial campaigns are difficult to get approved and operate stably. You should keep your ad content in line with Facebook's policies. Ad content must be clean and not mention profit.

It is completely understandable since your ad account is running for Black Hat campaigns, it is best to choose healthy ad accounts and use ad cloaking measures before posting

finance niche on meta is brutal bro, once it’s gone it’s gone. better spin up fresh BM and play it safe

Use different account. This type of ads can be a problem.

The product you are advertising is a difficult niche, very easy to be scanned by Facebook and disable the account. Furthermore, you have appealed the account and Facebook responded that your account did not pass Facebook's censorship, please use another account.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this situation. In the financial industry, especially securities, Meta is very strict and requires ad accounts to adhere to policies on transparency, licensing, and clean content. If you receive a rejection response after appealing, the chances of reinstatement are very low. I recommend starting from scratch with a clean BM, full of information. Experiment with a few different Image and Text Ad Campaigns to see which one is effective and can run longer.

Securities advertising accounts are easily locked; if there is no legal license, it is difficult to restore, you should prepare a new BM, clean content and comply with policies.

When an account is disabled for policy violations, the chances of recovery are usually very low. You can try to file a reconsideration request, but if Meta has confirmed the decision, the chances of getting it back are almost zero. At this point, it is often necessary to create a new account and follow stricter policies to avoid a repeat.

It only has a chance when you haven't asked for a review yourself
This account has been reviewed and refused reinstatement, it will be permanently suspended
You can create a chat session with meta support to ask them for further help

If your complaint is unsuccessful, you can only create a new account. Running ads in niche markets often carries a lot of risks.

For financial ads, you need to use cloaking to hide the product, otherwise your account will always be disabled.

Financial-related content for Facebook Ads is highly susceptible to getting banned, particularly when using GH/BH. Once you have appealed and failed, it's best to consider abandoning this account. Instead, start fresh with a different account that has a strong spending history and originates from a highly trusted Business Manager

Meta is strict with financial niches. You'll likely need to focus on a very specific appeal and potentially start a new account if unsuccessful

The finance niche on Meta is tough, man. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Better set up a fresh BM and play it safe.

- you should not spam appeal: if there is a letter from Meta stating "final decesion" then you almost have no chance
- you will have to start over, create a new bm/account

This is one of the areas that violates FB's policies, and appeals are often unsuccessful. You should find a source to buy or rent advertising accounts in large quantities to replace them continuously when they are disabled.

this account is now dead mate as FB would again restrict it over and shadow ban it .
