Just bought a keyword rich domain .com

The term has 25k searches per month and semrush shows it as a KD of 30.

Do you think it would be easy to rank this site quickly without putting too much emphasis on content and back links?

Google still wants to see relevant quality content and some authority signals before ranking you even for KD 30 terms. You might see a slight head start versus a branded domain but without solid onpage content and a handful of decent backlinks it probably won’t climb fast.

Still since you have some preferances doesn't mean you can rank without effort.

I think you should do or consider it regular domain then you might get better results.
