1. i couldn't log in so i pressed "forgot password".

2. I tried to log in with the new password and it said that i needed to verify the email. I didn't receive any verification email.

3. i'm a lifetime member.

But then when I tried to login, I was asked to verify my email but no verification email was sent to me.

I purchased a Lifetime VIP and since the update, there is no way I can access it any more. Everytime I try to do something, I am being prompted to pay more.

Email address has now been found and I was able to reset the password. Then I had to verify my email address. Hey, I was able to log in only to find that my lifetime membership is no longer there.

Just tell us you're closing the service forever if that's the plan, don't keep us hanging like that. we trusted your service and supported it, this is not how you should treat customers, if you plan to continue this business at least commit to give us a few updates everyday to tell us what are you working on, and the progress, don't make lies to gaslight us.

A small update: tomorrow morning is d-day; we will launch. Please stay tuned.

We're all set. Tomorrow we will enroll all queued items - 20k themes and plugins.

The upload started; 1k+ items are added today. 18k to go.

All lifetime members are imported too.

If you encounter any logging issues; kindly check an incognito browser and you should be able to login.
