Hi, may be u should search Google or ask Chat GPT "What's the difference between ban and shadow ban?". They are not the same, If you report it incorrectly, of course the support team will misunderstand the issue you're facing
If account is banned before u log in, yeah we will replace.
If account is shadow ban ( that depends on many factors and can only be known when the customer uses it), we cant replace.
