They OP has problems with the software he was using to create the comments. He said in order to fix it he would have to reformat his computer and he doesn't want to do that so it will be a while before he's offering the services again. If you already paid i would ask for a refund through their customer support.

The turn around time is 5 days as mentioned in post # and on the order form on the website.
For 4i4i78 and mandom
You ordered 25th 1:50pm according to my zone and it is now 29 12:25 am so it's not even 4 days. And you opened a ticket 6 hours ago and we say we respond tickets in 24 hours.
Your order in particular is being processed 3/4 comments done.
No worries here guys. I'm still around and still working. The problem is just that every time this thread is bumped I get few orders and this is a time consuming job and I didn't think that this service would be of that high demand.
I hope the quality will justify the delivery time

Well, I opened a ticket on Sun, Jul 25, 2010 at 3:28 PM.....and ofcourse still haven't heard anything.....what about response in 24 hours???

Turn around time: 3-5 days from payment date.
Orders from free emails will be allowed from now but the email you will use must match your paypal address so as the name. If it is different we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
