Review and FYI. I tried this service coz it's cheap.
- I tracked the visitors via GA. (I didn't read the part where they don't trust GA).
- I added utm tags to my URL so I will know exactly if the visitor came from this campaign
- provider started the campaign promptly
- to date, I got only 600+ visits with a 98% bounce rate
- provider is responsive to PMs and e-mails, but the visitor #s remained the same

So, I will move on to test other providers.

Ok, It seems like GA and AW stats are tracking our traffic very well despite the fact that you are using a "redirecting" link which doesn't let GA or any other counter track properly. According to our stats, only 1500 visitors have been delivered as your campaign was set to receive 150-200 visitors per day.
