I managed to login today (using username & password) but the Billing page gives a 404 error. And then it just randomly logs me out after every other click around.

And the css isn't loading properly so the pages aren't styled.

And still no replies to my emails/messages...

To be honest I'm just looking for a 2x refund of the renewed subscription that I didn't authorise...

The problem was caused by a CORS error: Cloudflare was blocking requests because of a too strict security policy. Sorry for the hassle, and thanks for sticking with us while we sorted it out.
