PayPal cloacking for iptv business

I used to work with PayPal for iptv with no issues, but after scaling up the bans increased dramatically!
I tried redirection methods and worked fine but temporarily, maybe I did it wrong since it's working with other people for long term.
Lately I discovered cloacking but I'm still not sure what service I have to try. Just cloack it seems legit but it is very costly.

best option to create your system using many accounts and keep developing it because they will block your accounts when they discover it

Yes I'm using multiple stealth accounts, but limit rate is very high.

Money requests (manual), invoices (manual), through a website (automated), through a secondary site (automated), through your iptv website?

Paypal is the best for IPTV business. The top IPTV sellers all use Paypal. But it's very difficult to use Paypal for IPTV. If you don't know how to use, you have to find the Paypal expert to deal with it.

Simple paypal would not work with iptv, u need to use cloaking with paypal and rotate multiple paypal to scale
