I think I have seen this in Xiaohongshu where Chinese people would set up a device that could automatically farm stuff just by connecting a bunch of phones that they have laying around by plugging it in. I would guess that they can use it for uploading videos, having other device to view videos or shorts, etc.
I think if Google recognizes that and didn’t get banned, I would say that you can use it to farm viewers, video optimizations, viewer farm, etc
