What makes you say the plugin is not "fully responsive" and mobile-friendly?

The cam video player/chat iframe's height which you scrolled midway down to can be increased in the display settings if you want.

Exactly! When using a sponsor-provided white label, you are limited to displaying the models of that single site. Whereas with an aggregator site, you can display live models from ALL the top cam sites.
