how many accs can we run in this?
 
Do you have the option to scrape for sources for following, liking, etc? For example to find similar profiles based on one profile I imput and maybe filters like only find profiles who have between 5k-50k followers?

There are scraping tools but as you mentioned there is no criteria selection. You can scrape followers, likes etc.
