Hostcay are pretty bad service. They will say you they are bulletproof and DMCA ignore but truth is not even close. With first issue they close your account and support stop answering, so it is the easiest way how to lose your domain. I dont recomend them. They are friendly and supportive as long as you dont buy domain, when you buy domain their support are drastically different. We lost few domains with them, we invested into SEO few 1000$ and they just closed our account without any explanation, cant even contact support so have no idea what is wrong. So when you want to go with them, have this in mind!

Thanks for your review but we’re not bulletproof and it clearly mentions we’re not a bulletproof provider in our service agreement. We’re privacy oriented and DMCA Ignored. I think your confusing DMCA (copyright) with illegal activities such as Phishing/Spamming. Also we don’t handle abuse on domain names. Abuse for domains are handled by the registry provider of the extensions. If you engage in illegal activities we need to comply. Hope that answers your questions!

When we talked with your support they told that there wont be any issue with domains and that you never shut down domains for our niche. There is no illegal activities on this domains we talking about. Also just shutting down account without any explanation is not the way we expected. For me, this is really bad service which deliver something totally different what said before we buy domain!!!

After detailed investigation from HostCay we solve this issue and all is ok now. It was totally different issue that we expected and all works again, so I take my words back. Thanks for your help!
