Facebook ad accounts keep getting restricted (please help)

I made this account just to discuss the problems im having with facebook.

So im a beginner, im trying to run ads on facebook but I keep getting restricted no matter what. Here are my detailed scenarios i had to go through. Currently lost and thinking about using my old alt facebook account or buying a facebook BM.

1. Scenario:
I open up a brand new business manager for the first time on my main facebook account. I setup my pixel, connect it to shopify etc etc and start creating a campaign.
Since im "testing my product", I decided to take some clips from tiktok then trimmed and edited them with CapCut. I made a total of 14 ads, which some consisted of using tiktok comment generators (my hook).
And heres the problem, I think my very first ad account got disabled, because the tiktok comment generators contained images of celebrities and "false claims" (yes i know, this was dumb and i didnt fully read the facebook ad policies).
So, it goes under clickbait and using false celebrity claims and then it gets banned.

2. Scenario:
After my first ad account got banned, I decided to create a new one because why not? This time, I removed the tiktok comment generated hook videos and made a new set of ads. No more fake celebrity claims.
I still kept the other ads the same as before. Now I made a new campaign, uploaded my ads there and waited. For my surprise, all of the ads were approved and I was finally good. I thought to myself, that I have finally avoided a facebook ad account ban, but NO. When I checked how my ads were performing, I saw that they were active but not spending any $. Since my daily budget was 50$/day, I added 55$ to my funds. Yet still no spending. I decided to look this problem on reddit and youtube. The only guaranteed fix I could find was to duplicate the campaign and just restart it. And when I duplicated my campaign, my ads were again approved. But for some fucking reason, it got restricted. Now I have lost -55$ too. No way to get it back. Cant even request a review.

3. Scenario:
This is my third ad account. With this one, I just thought to myself "fuck it, maybe it wont get banned" even though I had already 2 banned accounts on my name which im pretty sure got this one banned aswell. Posted the same exact ads that got approved earlier but few hours later the ad account got restricted once again.

In conclusion? I dont think im able to run ad accounts again without making a new identity for myself so I dont get flagged and instantly banned. Call me stupid or dumb, I will take it and learn my lesson. I would be SO glad to get all kinds of advice and how I should avoid facebook ad account bans. I dont plan on giving up and moving to another business model. I want this to work and i wont stop till i make it work. Its just that I didnt expect facebook ads to be the hardest part about running a business.

Also I forgot to say these aswell.

2. Yes my offer is legit
3. Yes my ads are legit and are not clickbait (after the first scenario)
4. Yes I read through the policies (after the first scenario)

don't use back the exact ads but edit them more. Also try using a headless browser and a proxy when you set up your new bm and ad accounts.

Best solutions is to buy already farmed BM with history spending. Facebook is VEEEERY restrictive on new accs.

The main reason comes from your advertising content.

In my opinion, you should use advertising accounts that have a spending history, these accounts often have a stronger status
