VPS Scammer - zomev.com

I ordered Zomev's BlueStacks VPS from their website (https://www.zomev.com/bluestacks-vps/). They charged me $169 but did not deliver as promised. They don't accept PayPal and have listed some payment options that don't work. After a few hours, they contacted me and sent a Stripe payment link, allowing payment via credit card.

Once the payment was confirmed, they stated that it would take 5 days for the payment to reach their account, and only then would they deliver the order. However, a few hours later, they claimed the payment was declined and asked me to contact Stripe or my bank to reverse the payment. This wasn’t possible since the payment was made successfully by me. And in India there is no Stripe, so i am unable to contact them. Ultimately, I won’t get money back. Also many post about them on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zomev.com, i aware about this after this .

The last screenshot says you're going to get refunded back to the card, maybe you didn't get scammed.

You can always call up the bank/card provider and request them to revert the transaction, if you provide them proof that you have been ripped off they tend to refund the money back to the card.

Ask for a chargeback with your credit card company, it may be the best solution to recover your money

Yes, contacted the bank, they said that payment was done with my concern only and it is a international payment (USD), so they wont able to get the money back (they blocked the card that's it). and i am not able to contact Stripe.

If they did a refund through Stripe you should see the money back in your card.

Enter the exact amount, your card number, select "A business suggested I contact you"

You'll be able to see the status of the charge and check if it's being refunded.

You can also contact stripe and tell them that the business is claiming the money never reached them.

Let me know the bank and if it was a credit card and I'll help you escalate it.

Even if it was done through your consent, you're insured/protected against fraud.

Finally, They Closed My Account, not able to contact and i can see on Stripe that they received the money.
