I ordered Zomev's BlueStacks VPS from their website (https://www.zomev.com/bluestacks-vps/). They charged me $169 but did not deliver as promised. They don't accept PayPal and have listed some payment options that don't work. After a few hours, they contacted me and sent a Stripe payment link, allowing payment via credit card.

Once the payment was confirmed, they stated that it would take 5 days for the payment to reach their account, and only then would they deliver the order. However, a few hours later, they claimed the payment was declined and asked me to contact Stripe or my bank to reverse the payment. This wasn’t possible since the payment was made successfully by me. And in India there is no Stripe, so i am unable to contact them. Ultimately, I won’t get money back. Also many post about them on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zomev.com, i aware about this after this :(.

If ANY - I will update here...

The last screenshot says you're going to get refunded back to the card, maybe you didn't get scammed.

You can always call up the bank/card provider and request them to revert the transaction, if you provide them proof that you have been ripped off they tend to refund the money back to the card.

Ask for a chargeback with your credit card company, it may be the best solution to recover your money

Yes, contacted the bank, they said that payment was done with my concern only and it is a international payment (USD), so they wont able to get the money back (they blocked the card that's it). and i am not able to contact Stripe.

If they did a refund through Stripe you should see the money back in your card.

You can contact Stripe here (Click the last link) - https://support.stripe.com/contact/login

Who said there is no Stripe in India? They're not onboarding new users in India, but they're working fine for existing users.

Go here and lookup the charge

https://support.stripe.com/charge-lookup

Enter the exact amount, your card number, select "A business suggested I contact you"

You'll be able to see the status of the charge and check if it's being refunded.

//

If that shows an approved payment, then take a screenshot and show it to the folks at zomev.com

You can also contact stripe and tell them that the business is claiming the money never reached them.

If it was done through a credit card, then this is bullshit.

Let me know the bank and if it was a credit card and I'll help you escalate it.

Even if it was done through your consent, you're insured/protected against fraud.

Finally, They Closed My Account, not able to contact and i can see on Stripe that they received the money.

They are big fraudsters who have stolen millions of dollars through scams. By checking this website, you can see proof of their scams. You can also check TrustPilot to see how they have cheated others. Zomev is a complete scam and fraud website. They scammed me out of 2600 USDT. Please stay away from these scammers.

I really don’t get why people question Zomev. I mean, they seem so legitimate and trustworthy, right? Totally the kind of provider I’d pick over some sketchy random hosting provider from BHW marketplace who have been reviewed only from a BHW moderatior and likely from other BHW members.

What could go wrong! Right?

Zomev.com demonstrates excellent branding and marketing strategies by securing and redirecting domain variants like Zomiv.com and Zumiv.com. A memorable domain is essential, and ensuring these variations point to the primary domain helps maintain brand consistency and deliver a seamless user experience.

Are you Blind to see the proofs before you?
Or are you part of the people in Zomev that scammed me off my $100
Because i don't see why you are in support of them after you see that they just scammed two people
