Just think like your target audience. If you would buy house, what would you do?

Example, i would search on Google, not an Instagram.

I've shared this before... so sell an individual house you own create a website with the address.

Jam that site with KWs that people would use to search for a house like that which they wanted to purchase... area, zip code, school systems, employers in the area, just party on with ANYTHING someone would consider when buying a house and build out your site.

Ranking a site like that is fairly easy as you are targeting a specific area.

It would take me forever to find but the layout is just as I shared.

The site should have images (properly named of course) and videos, a bunch of content as to the local area as well as descriptions of the house in detail using the right KWs.

The images will rank in Google if you name them properly and that is an easy way to get targeted traffic to a real estate site.
