Maybe house selling platforms are the way to start. Just depends on the country your selling in.

Find out who your target buyer is - it's going to vary based on the house, price, neighborhood.
Then find out where they hang out and advertise on those target sizes and demographics.
Homes are a big purchase, so you can't expect an ecommerce style transaction of someone just buying - you can use a mix of organic and paid social ads on instagram and linkedin to showcase your homes. But realistically, the tried and true methods are promoting open houses and getting people to visit.

IG ads are not the way to go here, because a house is an asset that takes some time to sell, and the ads are going to be so expansive, the best thing to do is adveritse on real estate palrforms or you can use your local real estate influencer to help you out.

There must be some free websites in Ghana where you can list properties for sale or purchase.
Add your house listing and phone number, and interested buyers will contact you directly.
Unless you’re operating as an agency, I don’t see the need to spend money on ads, especially if you’re selling just one house.
Using these free platforms can often be just as effective, if not better, for your needs.

I feel u boss, but I have some colleagues that’s uses ads, but the kind of audience they get is what I don’t get, but I’ve boosted the post last night tho, and I think it will convert this time.. the CPA this time is high

I see a lot of real estate posted on Facebook marketplace, you can try it

Place a Google ad. Many people who search for houses will use Google to find properties in the area they want.

I think IG is not right place to sell property. In our country we have special websites dedicated to buy/sell or rent property. You should search such websites in your country

have you tried local marketplaces or specialized real estate sites like zillow for your country ? instagram is more for attracting people to your list not really for selling directly especially if it’s expensive
