Ok, can you turn the filters into SE friendly URLs (instead of ?= dynamic URLs)? Or even better, can you make pages and use shortcodes to show only "Female" + "18-19" (eg teens) on that page for SEO reasons?

I found this on Rank Math's site https://rankmath.com/kb/custom-sitemaps/ about adding a custom sitemap. I believe you can add it by specifying wp-sitemap.xml with your domain name edited in the code provided.
