I want to inform any potential customer that I got double charged in data consumption by @ProxyJet_io, after informing them and providing multiple logs & data about the usage which they repeatedly asked throughout 3 weeks.
They "compensated" me in little parts several times and kept delaying the full compensation basing it on still "checking". At the time being they owe me 1340GB of datacenter proxies.
Have in mind, I based everything on data and proof (which will be provided to the dispute here) and they agreed on the double charge fact after I contacted them and shown them the issue, they did not inform me about this beforehand.
Today I asked them for a full refund, and their best offer was "500GB" to which I refused because that still scams me out of more than 800 GB.
I informed @ProxyJet_io about a Dispute Resolution thread opening in 8 hours (according to https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-resolution-rules-procedures.1246633/), but would like to inform other BHW users about buying from this company and potentially ending up in my place in the future.
I will be opening a chargeback with my bank as well.

Ran through the data again while filing the dispute, looks like closer to 2TB of overcharging, since I bought 5 TB of data (since Nov 20, 2024) and used 2.84TB based on elastic data, however, I have no data left (this is even with their "compensations" while "checking")
