Nah, its long. But a short long, lol most of my content is a bit longer, but I also do short longs and short shorts. I also wear shorts, so you don't need to ask me that at any point in the future.

All shorts videos, full AI, just started on YT the past month, Still got a lot of questions and pretty confused too, like what's the best number to upload daily ? is it better to throttle uploads or be consistent, is boosting videos worth it nowadays or you gotta relay on the algo...

Do you think it would better to be consistent with uploads ? I've seen a member here getting shadow banned because of uploading daily, and he managed to restore the views after going with x3 videos a week.

I think best just upload when you can, unless you make ai videos, as you can churn those out by the hundreds, so if you start uploading rapid its no wonder people get banned. My channel has about 70 + 10 shorts videos, but I've had it for over a decade.
I have another channel about the same age, and that's doing better, but its tutorials really, as I only upload things I know or want to remember. I think this is a very under-exploited niche; as people search for how to on software loads, I get some ancient software tutorials getting views still! lol
Definatly you need a mix of long form and shorts. As sometimes even a short long (why are people asking WTF is this! lol it makes complete sense!
) can do well, it just takes a daft meme of something for a few seconds, and people can go ballistic, I seen lots of short long form videos over the years that are less than a minute, and have millions of views, and they are the type of vids, you could create, while doing jumping jacks lol very simple and flashy basically

Also, a friend shared with me a couple of flippa listing for some YT channels aged 2-3 years old doing $5K-$20K a month(solely YT ads), and I was blown away after I found out the niches, most of them can be easily replicated. That's why I put my mind into YT, and Im trying to leverage & boost my success using the budget I have.

It was just a small clip of less than 10 seconds. I uploaded another that is 4-6 seconds, much better quality, and put in x100 effort, got back 10% in views compared to the previous one. Its climbing through, and hopefully stays ever green. The first one since published has gained me 5 Hours watch time. Not bad for a days work, and a less than 10 second clip. Got to keep testing and refining my meme animations formula.
Anyway, now you got the answer, show the world something from your stats! lol this is supposed to be what its about, all the people that do youtube regularly posting theirs.

I have 1k views a day in my abandoned long videos
It take me the same time apply a quick template to 20 shorts than create a long video
1M views in shorts every 48 hours and 90% of retention in shorts
2k every 48 and 20% retention in 4/5 minutes long videos
The channel is about showing tgirls and crossdressing posing and dancing, there is no message or story to broadcast to my audience that requires a long video
