They usually don't go with OnlyFans. There are websites designed for exactly that, cant think of them rn though

Fansly, Cardfans, and Patreon are allowing that, but they have way worse conversion rates, for some reason people really don't like OF alternatives

I don't think that's the case, some accounts are going strong with no issue. They were never very strict about that, but nowadays they seem to not care at all.

AI can also make full accurate scans of our faces just based off 1 picture, I don't think that making titties & bbl will be that much harder, only creating vids might make it harder to seem real

not everything is so smooth, they bypass the rules by anonymizing their posts, setting up the profile so that it looks like a person. if their profile comes into question, they will be subject to restrictions and penalties
