Over the last few years I've mastered BAS, I can create bots or scrape anything on the web.

I've had a few jobs, including scraping with BAS, but I don't know how to make a living from it.

Do you have any ideas on how to generate a steady income from mastering this software, or how to sell my skills on fiverr for example ?

Create usefull bot for many people (do research), make a post on their community about their needs (your successful project), make your own community, start to sell your product from BAS when their getting dependence of your product..

If the problem is that you can't come up with what specifically to offer on the bot, make your service a "custom-bot service" and give people ideas of some example for what you could do so that they imagine how to custom tailor it to their needs.

For example, if you gave a reddit bot as an example, and showed a visual of a list of steps the bot could do, someone can easily imagine filling in the blanks themselves or adding steps.

Contact companies and ask them if they have something boring to automate (beware, they could replace some of their staff by you bots haha)
