quick review:
my traffic started about a day and a half ago and this is what I'm seeing:
Visits: 185
Pageviews: 354
PPV: 1.91
Bounce rate: 27.57%
Avg Time on site: 1:43
% new: 69.73%
Countries:
India - 37
Hungary - 17
Brazil - 13
Philippines - 12
US - 12
Pakistan - 11
Ukraine - 10
Bulgaria - 10
Less than 10 each:
Russia, Indonesia, Latvia, Romania, France, Thailand, Serbia, Slovenia, Vietnam, Turkey, Czech Rebublic, Poland, China, Bangladesh, UK, Spain, Mexico, Netherlands, Tunisia, Italy, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Uruguay, Mongolia, Lithuania, Canada, Portugal.
Referrals are ALL coming from a site called enterprisetrafficserver.com.
Conclusions so far:
It's still early in the campaign but I'm happy with the traffic though I wish the referral source were more random. If I were using this on an adsense site I would probably be screwed so I'd definitely want to fake the referrer and make it a random source.
The traffic is obviously real and willing to stay and engage if you're offering something they're interested in. I have not received any conversions at this point, but that wasn't my goal. This was a test for me to try a few things out so I'll be changing the landing page and offer every few days to see if I hit on anything that works.
The traffic is definitely worldwide with good diversity of countries.
I will likely use this service again once I've worked some kinks out and tested how to accurately fake the referrer, etc.

I just want to post how things are going so far with my package:
So I bought the 100k package, 88k WW & 12k US/UK/EU/CAN
So far I've seen for today 120 unique visitors today, 148 page views.
Traffic coming from http://www.enterprisetrafficserver.com as another user mentioned.
I've noticed a lot of varied traffic, seeing quite a lot from the US and European countries, so that's quite impressive. Also they are clearly real people which is a nice bonus.
The only problem I'd have with the service so far is it seems a little slow for my tastes(120 uniques), at this rate it'll take me years to get my 100k visits delivered in time, I did say I wanted the traffic over a 3 month period, which equates to a bit above 33,000 visits a month, which should be a little above 1k every day, so is there any way this service can be scaled up to about 1 - 1.5k a day? that would be really ideal.
All in all, still early days, but I'm happy traffic is actually delivering

Can't comment on his traffic, but @ 6% of my traffic is US based.

Okay, in the average 20 unique hit period, 5 - 6 are US visitors, so that amounts to about 30% of the traffic coming so far has been US visitors, of course it varies and looking at the whole traffic sheet it'll probably be somewhere at 20 - 25% which I'm delighted with still.
But don't forget I didn't buy the 100k WW, I bought 88k WW + 12k US for $49.99
