No, actually Meta could refund the old card, which has been permanently blocked by my bank. Once the funds are in that old card, they can be transferred to the new card because the ownership is the same. We've contacted the bank, but Meta's response is still the same—ongoing investigation without any clear resolution. It makes me wonder if the people at Meta are being irresponsible and possibly stealing our money!

You don't need to worry too much about meta ads providing documents, you just need to get the transaction id on meta ads and work with the bank.

The first simple thing is that you can call the bank to deny it as your transaction and the bank will refund the money. but now that you're filling out fb's refund appeal, it's meaningless
