Lospollos smartlinks and Instagram reels

I've been looking to start doing CPA marketing with Instagram reels, but I have a few questions which I hope you will be able to answer! As you probably know, smartlinks redirect the user to a specific offer depending on their device & location which means that you don't have to pick offers for a specific country and it that way you are able to get leads from people all around the world and not only from a speicifc country.
In order to do it with Instagram reels as traffic sources you need a landing page with your offers listed. Usually you will use a platform like Linktree to list your offers (example below) and you will put a text in the reel reffering to your bio where you've put your linktree page with the offers. Now the question is that if you use a smartlink you can't really list different offers like "750$ SHEIN GIFT CARD" and people can't choose what offer to complete.

My question is how you can still execute that strategy with Lospollos smartlinks and Instagram reels as traffic source. If you have any other suggestion on changing the CPA network and stuff, I will be glad to hear them. Thank you in advance!

Adbluemedia, cpagrip, maxbounty and plenty other networks have offers that outperform smartlinks.
Although I saw one exceptional smartlink from "Adverten", but getting accepted there isn't easy if you don't have traffic.

I found one offer that pays $0.5 per click in a certain network.
But the trick is that it's a lot different process than adding Instagram reels, YouTube videos etc.
It's more like getting people from search / job searching websites to your pages.

Instagram, YouTube rarely give you traffic you seek. You can get high volume with that, but targeting is a hit or miss.

If you want to run reels... I would resign from this because I'm not getting it. It's not my thing. It's not my style.
Reels invites you to create fun videos to share with your friends or anyone on Instagram. Record and edit 15-second multi-clip videos

I feel like it's a good thing to post literal ads in there. But redirecting traffic? I bet the CTR is 1%.
So from 1000 views of reels / shorts / tiktoks, one would get 10 clicks to site at that ratio.
It might work at volume.
