Cloaking Whatsapp link on facebook ads

can you explain why and how? most of the whatsapp gambling ads and account gets banned witin 3 hours
Multiple ways of doing it
1. Use whatsapp lead in Facebook campaign type. This is only available to some ad accounts.
2. Use normal 'sales'/'leads' use and use the whatsapp URL in the website field
3. Cloak your whatsapp URL and use the cloaked URL in the website field
Since FB cannot crawl your whatsapp messages or chat, they have no way of knowing if you're promoting gambling once the user has reached whatsapp. For this reason, non cloaked ads could work.
Cloaking is still recommended if you're unable to run direct to whatsapp ads.
Ads getting banned could very likely be due to the ad content. When running Gambling ads, you need to be careful with the creative and copies you use.

Can you tell me how? I can't even get through the censorship.
Getting your ads rejected has more to do with the ad content rather than the whatsapp link. PM me with your ad and I'll take a look.
