That's not payment threshold. That's a bonus, an incentive for sign up and usage of ads.

If you add a card to Google Ads account, they'll not charge you unless you cross a certain amount ($12 at start here).
If you pay $12, they won't charge until you reach $50. If you don't pay $12, they won't give higher threshold of payment.
It's only for a new account? I have an old account but I haven't run any campaign.

It's on every account. It's not related to bonuses, but how they charge money. It's a common practice of big companies to charge after spending, not upfront. They can afford it and so get more customers.

A tough question.
You've achieved infinite money. Congratulations.

Google Ads offers $12 an account on threshold.
Infinity * $12 = Infinity * $12 budgets on those accounts.

Other companies do the same.
Think of exploiting some flows.
Maybe build a strategy around companies that don't charge below some threshold.

OpenAI had about $120 before they charged.
bro are you working on google ads?

I mean like say a pickup or cash pickup. Where I use your accounts to receive money and we work on a percentage that you will cut anytime I use your account. Say for example, if I use your account to receive 100GBP and you send me 80GBP through crypto.

Sell the cards or teach the method. Both will make you a lot of money.

You can monetize unlimited UK IBANs and virtual cards by offering payment processing, card reselling, or account rental services to freelancers, businesses, or affiliate marketers.

be careful with this especially if the IBANs and virtual cards aren’t issued directly to you The safest approach is to use them only for legitimate business purposes and follow the providers terms and compliance rules.
