Many people focus on SEO for Google, but recently my website's performance on Google has declined, while traffic from Bing and DuckDuckGo has increased. What steps should I take to optimize for these search engines? Are Google SEO methods still effective for them? What tools should I use to measure success, and how can I monetize this traffic?

I don't think something special or out of the box has to be done for these other search engines.
Bing is comparatively easier to rank than Google.
Though I do not have much idea about DuckDuckGo.

What about the measure tool? bing webmaster or some thing else?
All we need is user and traffic, I dont care about the search engines or where my website indexed. But if it has more traffic from bing, I have to do more to improve it

At first I thought they were almost the same. But why did I get a good rank on google, but not get any rank at all on bing?

Same here.
Thought, I just optimise the site for google and the rest would follow... unfortunately, it didn't work and my rankings are poor in bing.
OK, you need links and content to rank anywhere but different search engines give different values to other signals.
I do not thing SEO of other search engine but google, Bing and DuckDuckgo auto index my content and rank me so well

Each search engines have its webmaster tools, so add your website to it. Tools themselves give you suggestions for your website like GSC.
All engines work in the same way but some changes like website & article structure, and optimization can vary, look into it to gain better results.

The same kind of Algorithms for Bing and DuckDuckGO there will be slight changes in their webmaster tools
Other than that you have to optimize the same procedure. In Google you won't achieve means then try to build more quality links and publish more content and share them
