i don't know which tools you talking about let me clear you if you buy premium $97 you can't make a sales thread on bhw but you can promote your business via signature for sure. now came to the jr vip $147 its will give you the access of jr vip hidden thread also you can make a sales thread it will cost you extra $30 i mean $147+$30 also you can use signature. and the both jr vip & premium can offer his/her service to the buyers.

get payments upfront before providing your services,
provide a clear description and include as many required information to avoid misleading/misinformation,
keep all of the messages in bhw PM system

none, but if someone with newbie account scams you, his account worth nothing,
he can simply let go with the account and let it get banned,
only provide services before payment for trusted old users, use common sense

Is there any escrow in BHW?

you can use any external escrow service,
just make sure it's clear for the buyer and he's okay with it (including service fees)

mate no need to escrow bhw mod & owner super active on this forum & about the scammers mate & they are everywhere not only bhw . you should always keep in touch with mod.

Send and receive message via DM? No membership level allows for sending messages unsolicited. The person you are sending a message to has to have asked about your service or asked for a service that you provide.
