How to manage 6-10 different profiles on multiple social media platforms without issues?

How can I manage around 6-10 different accounts all posting different type of content on Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube (shorts) without running into shadow bans or any other type of issues. Basically I want to have one niche account on each platform under the same username. I currently have 3 iphones to use 1 had an account shadowbanned so idk if it would still be useable. I am willing to buy more phones for this but idk exactly what I would need to do or which proxies or anti browsers to use for each or how exactly it would work. What is the best way to approach this?

Would I need a specific proxy and anti detect browser for each account individually? Is there is any guide to doing this correctly? Any advice that would be really helpful.
