I’m facing a significant issue with my Meta Ads account, and I need some guidance and assistance.

A while ago, my Meta Ads account got hacked. The hacker used my old credit card for transactions. I submitted an appeal to Meta, and thankfully, I managed to get some refunds. However, the problem is not fully resolved yet.

Due to security reasons, my workplace permanently blocked the old credit card used in the fraudulent transactions. They issued me a new credit card. When I appealed through the Meta Ads refund form, they processed the refund back to the old credit card. Unfortunately, Meta did not provide any procedure to use the new credit card for the refund.

Now, because the old credit card is restricted, my Meta Ads account got disabled, adding to the complications. I’m stuck and not sure how to proceed with this situation.

Has anyone here faced a similar issue? Can anyone guide me on how to get the refunds processed to my new credit card or provide any insights into how I can resolve this problem with Meta Ads support?

I've already contacted Meta support, but they keep processing refunds to the old credit card. Even when my appeal is successful and the refund is processed, my ad account gets disabled again. It's really frustrating to keep appealing back and forth.

Yes I know, Facebook has refunded some of the amount to my bank, but not all of it. The total amount used by the hacker was IDR 83 million or USD 5,085.88. So far, only IDR 11 million or USD 674.03 has been refunded. The rest hasn't been refunded because my company suddenly blocked the credit card for security reasons.

As a result, not all the funds were refunded, and the credit card was restricted, and the ad account was disabled. I have contacted Meta Support multiple times, but they keep saying the investigation is still ongoing. This issue has been unresolved for over three months, and my company urgently needs the refund for operational expenses.

This situation is putting a significant moral burden on me, brother. may be you have any advice for me ?

Okey I understand.. But the credit card has been blocked permanently brother by our company for security reason. And not reactivated again. I have given the first six digit of BIN to meta support through payment form issue. But, not resolved. I don't know why.

The bin number is only used for your visa card, and your account number when you go to the bank, they will help you and return the bank account number you were using before.
