WAF Security, JS Challenge Cloudflare setup for Cloaked Google Ads

Hey All,

I have noticed many if not all claoked ads use cloudflare with the JS challenge,
I have set it up to for any country > Use JS challenge.
But now we getting the following error message in google ads.

How is this JS challenge setup propperly because I see all ads use it (in the gambling niche).
Is there any tutorial or guide on how to properly set this up?

Hi,
You are receiving the error message because the JS Challenge is blocking Google Ads Bot and Google Bot. In the WAF settings, you need to add Google's ASN to the exceptions (allow rule). This way, all requests from Google won't be blocked, and the error message will disappear. Google's ASN: 15169

If you are also running ads on Facebook, you need to add Facebook's ASN to the exceptions as well. Facebook's ASN: 32934
