I would like to know if there are any legit Google Ads solutions someone can offer?

From my experience, there is plenty o scammers who pretend to sell ads accounts, want money upfront and then disappearing once you pay them or shady "agencies" who also wants even more money and ridiculous setup fees also upfront.

Is there anyone genuine? I never came across anyone who plays fair. Seriously.

Once I've bought an account with RDP access but once I've created campaign it got blocked. Terrible experience.

Overall I've spent a lot of money mostly on scammers and never got my ads live.

My question is: Are there any legit agencies that don't want a lot of money upfront for advertising? Someone who can create campaign for me, charge some reasonable flat fee for the service and keep my ads live? I'm not talking about spending hundreds or thousands of dollars upfront without any guarantee but rather someone where I can start small and while building trust and partnership increase my ads spend?

If it's white hat, why do you need to buy an ad account? There are thousands of freelancers out there at all price points that can manage a PPC account for you. BlackHatWorld is not the place for that.

go on upwork or something like that (not fiverr) they are some good freelancers from US and EU that dont charge upfront and manage your campaigns in a good way (not god way but good tier)

I know a very reputable agent, but he only sells accounts. It looks like you still need someone to help you place ads
