as the title says where can I buy cheap and reliable hosting, I've been using hostinger and namecheap for past 2 years and I'm not ok with it, can you guys please recommend some hosting providers

For saftey and speed.
Use siteground for one year only. They always got a deal for first year.

Yeah, reliability means uptime.
They will give you uptime. I have used them for 3 years.
If you wanna in between price and all 3 try hostarmada I have used them for 3 years too.

Maybe a $6 a month VPS from Vultr that you control with FlyWP, they allow 1 server with 1 site for free so the only cost is your $6 Vultr HF VPS. Fast as fck. I have a multisite installation with them and it works great for free.
