Summary
The marketplace moderation team has tested this Payment Solution service to ensure that it meets the marketplace's standards. The Payment Solution Service, as well as their other services, such as VCC service, have been tested thoroughly. The VCC number, expiration date, and a three-digit security code were delivered and have been tested successfully.

if it's code sent to email there should be a way to re-send if someone didn't get that code

And what if it doesn't?
Isn't there supposed to be a 'resend' button there? Even $50 websites have that feature, so a finance website like this ....
