Hi! Unfortunately, we only offer US IP registered profiles when it comes to aged accounts. I do not have any information if EU-registered aged accounts are planned for the nearest future, so I cannot promise anything, sorry.

I am currently testing this service and my experience so far:
  • Support is incredibly slow.
  • They claim "Instant delivery of accounts", and I confirmed they had a large QTY in stock before ordering. After placing the order, they say the delivery can take up to 48 hours (I am still waiting) - So, are they resellers?
  • Depositing is not fluid, basic currencies like ERC20 didn't work for hours etc.

    —not what I was expecting.

Hi, thanks for your honest feedback, it will help us improve our service!
  • Sometimes support may suffer from overload, so it may take more time for them to respond. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will do our best to optimize processes and improve customer support service in the future.
  • Accounts are delivered by the system automatically, and for some positions and quantities it may take some time to process the order and send credentials. That is why we mention a 48h time gap to keep it completely clear (usually deliveries are finished faster).
  • Looks like there were some kind of maintenance held by a payment provider at the moment of paying, which caused the delay. These types of technical works are held by a payment provider and from our side, unfortunately, we cannot speed them up as we do not have any influence on that. Most of the time crypto payments are processed without such long delays.
Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, we will take them into consideration and will do our best to provide better service next time.

None of the accounts are working and always show incorrect password. Please either refund me the full balance + transaction costs (4$) or send me actual working Mail.Ru accounts. Thanks.

So after two days, we haven't even received our 'instant available' ordered item yet......

Are your old reddit accounts shadowbanned? When I got an account from somewhere else, no one could see your posts.

Accounts are not shadowbanned on delivery, but it is crucial to make all the required settings (clean browser and a proxy) properly when performing the first login. Otherwise, Reddit may mark your login attempt as suspicious and immediately shadowban the profile. That is why, it is highly recommended to check instructions before logging in.

If the account you receive is shadowbanned on delivery you should simply create a ticket on our website and get your order replaced. Please be advised that if the ban is caused by incorrect settings or actions performed by you - the profile is not going to be replaced.
