Any server location is fine. it can be offshore too. the important thing is the hosting company not shutting the hosting plan when they notice the online banking script online

It's more like a website that is not legit but has online banking interface and navigations. example some hosting company ignores dmca so i want to know the hosting company that will ignore such if they should notice it.

nobody's tos will explicitly say that kind of script is okay
so either roll dice on your favorite offshore vendor or do a whois on your competition and rent the same server.
