UAC agency account suspended

Hi everyone! I'm facing a problem with agency accounts being suspended. I have tried several services that provide agency accounts, including yeezypay. All accounts are blocked for violating the Circumventing systems policy before advertising starts. One of the accounts was blocked even before the campaign was created.
I promote a gambling iOS app for Türkiye using UAC with as much white text as possible (no pictures or videos). The app has a cloak and sometimes we disable the gray part for moderation time but still get banned
What could be the reason? I use rotating residential proxy (astro, usa geo), octobrowser, firebase, USA phone numbers for verification.

Which company's agency account do you use?
The China acc may be stronger, but they don't allow black activity.

No, every time I crate a new gmail, I use YeezyPay

So you think that by having all the google red flags i.e. anti detect browser, rotating proxy, site phone made just for verification you're going to look like a normal advertiser? By trying to hide from everything and by reading tutorials from beginners who want to sell you agency accounts, you're making a mess of things.

Even it's BH gambling offer, I still can't believe that all of your ads accs are banned before launching anything. Proxy, IP, browser, phone number and cloaker, everything is good, but your ad accounts provider is not
