3 COMMON MISTAKES IN THE ADS TARGETING

️. Confusing the user as the target customer:
Not everyone who buys a product is a user.
For example, if you sell an English course to children, the buyer is the parent, but the user is the child. So you can't target the children but instead you should change the style of the content for the parent group in the article and edit the parent as the target audience.

️. Large client file sizes with too little budget:
You can't push your ad to 1 million people on a $3 a day budget, and you can easily see the low-hanging fruit of reaching 1,000 to 2,000 people if you run it.
The way to overcome this is to try to think in detail about the audience's interests and behaviors before you set the ads to both be specific and improve the reach of the audience you're targeting.

️. Focus only on the audience that understands and enjoys the field:
Advertisers often argue that it is better to run the group of subjects who are relatively familiar with the product and tend to like the product/service to order more. However, in reality, this is not the case at all, especially with new brands.
A real-world example of a scented candle business, if you're a new brand, instead of targeting people who actually like scented candles, you might consider a group of people who don't use candles and don't know much about candles, who just buy candles as gifts.
