Hi,
as you know, it's impossible to get a bank account as a non-UK resident, even virtual banks like Starling Bank, Monzo, monese, N26 , ANNA .....don't accept non-residents,

WISE is not an option anymore because of the Waitlist, the main reason why I want a virtual account is for payment processors like stripe, they need it for verification and payouts,

I have some questions if anyone can help me :

can I use those multi-currency accounts that come with account number, sort code, IBAN... multiple platforms offer these accounts, such as OFX, currenxie, currencyfair or even payoneer, are they different from WISE accounts ?

anyone tried TIDE ? do they accept non residents

thanks

What do you mean by waitlist for wise?

when you want to sign up for a business account for a UK company, this message pops up : "Due to high demand, we can't onboard businesses from this country right now, join the waitlist and we will email you when you're able to sign up"

Do they accept non-residents ? I'm not from the UK, they don't clarify that they don't accept non-resodent directors, but they ask for a UK address in the sign-up, so
The bank account is for a UK LTD, right? You as a person don't need to be UK resident, the company needs to be a UK company.

I used fire some years ago, as a non-resident, with a UK LTD, before the UK decided to leave the EU. Fees were higher than with i.e. Wise today, but service was reliable and professional. The account is still alive today :)

sorry, I thought you were talking about TIDE, about FIRE, they state in their website this :

"Registration is open to businesses incorporated in the United Kingdom or Ireland with directors/owners resident and/or citizens of the EU (and other countries available on request)."

I'm not an EU resident, so I made a request but they refused based only on my residential country

Are you trying to promote TIDE?

I am talking about FIRE. I am EU citizen.

Otherwise, ask the guys who registered your LTD. A company without bank account does not make any sense.

I'm talking about FIRE too, I'm not an EU citizen, so it's so much harder for me to get a bank account

I have not had any issues with Payoneer though

you used it for stripe verification and payouts?

the problem is, I need a bank account to open Payoneer business,

payoneer is a go to option for you, and i wonder you even don't have a bank account in your own country

You won't find a virtual bank that allows it
But you can do that with EMIs like Payoneer and Wise
And they should work for Stripe

Why you answer on topic what created 1 year ago?
