I can confirm that the tool is nice, but one thing needs to be clarified or changed!


If you want to generate 150 articles per month and use all of the features available in the "Professional" plan, you will only be able to create 75. That's because the "Readability" feature takes up twice as much article credit.
It would be ideal if I could create 150 articles as advertised on the pricing page while fully utilizing all of the tool's features, rather than being surprised after only 75 articles.

Okay, thats nice. However it makes no sense now to buy 'professional' plan with unlimited words. And it's better to stick with 'Starter'
 
I bought a year membership a couple months ago to find out you have now changed to upgraded plans "professional". Not impressed very disappointed

I'm enjoying your product and I have 2 questions below:

1. If we've paid the $528 for the $44/STARTER/annual plan, BUT then in 2 months you provide the INTERNAL LINKING on the PROFESSIONAL/annual plan, can you easily upgrade us to PROFESSIONAL/annual and we pay the difference or is that too much hassle for you?

2. I've had 3 article created with FAQ spacing problems, so we've had to speak with you and CREATE AGAIN. If we bulk create 250 articles, but then realize that all 250 articles had incorrect spacing in paragraphs or some problem, will you provide 250 additional article generations, so we can create them AGAIN, after you fix the bug?

Yes, I've been planning on asking the same thing because our articles are just a bit short in my opinion. If we had the option up to 4k, I would appreciate that a lot. I will create articles from 2k-4k words and wont hinder the amount of articles I can create if you adjust it to 1,000,000 words max for the starter plan.

We added a new tier - Professional plans, delivering the highest quality. You can upgrade to a Professional plan at any time if you wish. You will be charged only the difference between the prices of the plans regarding how many unused days are left on your current plan.
